Event Coordination

In this package we only set up and break down the event space.  This is for 8 hours of service 

In this package we work with you to finalize all the last minute details including the floor plan, seating chart, vendor contacts and more.  

We meet with you every month to go over the homework and to do lists.  It is a coordinator with help throughout the process.
