Majestic Mountain Events

We deliver to locations within Summit County, Colorado, including Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, Frisco, Silverthorne, and Dillon. We may also deliver to Alma and Fairplay. Please note that a delivery fee applies.

We deliver rental items on the date and time you choose, in coordination with your wedding venue. Please confirm the delivery time with your venue to ensure everything goes smoothly.

A wedding coordinator or a point person needs to be there to accept the delivery if we are not setting up the event.

Our crew will deliver rental items at the time and place specified in your contract. Setup is not included for all items, but we do set up the dance floor. We also offer setup services for ceremony chairs and chair covers at an additional cost.

Tips are always appreciated, but never expected.

As a small family-run business with a limited inventory, we recommend booking as early as possible. Once you place a deposit, your delivery date is guaranteed.

The final payment for rentals is due14 days prior to your event. At this time you can add additional rental items and adjust the final count on ceremony chairs. A $25 change fee will be charged after the final payment has been completed if reducing the final number of items.

YES! We carry insurance on all our rental items.

A few of the wedding locations in Summit County require a permit to gather on the space, but most of the popular venues do not require a permit. If you are not sure, reach out and we can answer your questions.

Once you place a reservation, we expect you to fulfill the contract. If you cancel more than 90 days before the event, there is a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 90 days of the event will forfeit 50% of the booking fee. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, no credit or refund will be issued.

Terms of Service • Acceptance of Terms. By placing an order with Majestic Mountain Events, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. • Pricing. All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. • Payment Terms. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold your order. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date. • Refund Policy. No refunds will be given after the final payment has been processed. • Cancellation Policy. If you cancel your order more than 14 days before your event date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel your order within 14 days of your event date, your deposit will be forfeited. • Damages. You are responsible for any damages to the rented items. If any items are damaged or lost, you will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. • Liability. Majestic Mountain Events is not liable for any loss or damage to your property or to any persons attending your event. • Governing Law.
