What locations do you deliver to?We delivery locations within Summit County Colorado which includes Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, Frisco, Silverthorne and Dillon. We may deliver to Alma and Fairplay. Delivery Fee applies.

When do you deliver rental items?Rental items will be delivered on the date and time you determine and that works with the wedding venue. Please check with the wedding venue to determine the delivery time.

Do I need to be there to accept delivery?A wedding coordinator or a point person needs to be there to accept the delivery if we are not setting up the event.

Does your crew set up the rental items?The rental crew will deliver the rental items at the place and time specified in the contract. Set up is not included on all rental items. We will set up the dance floor. We offer at additional cost set up for the ceremony chairs and chair covers.

Should we tip the crew?Tips are always appreciated, but never expected.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?We are a small family run business and do not have an extensive inventory of items. Once you put down the deposit, you are guarenteed to the date of delivery.

When is the final payment due?The final payment for rentals is due14 days prior to your event. At this time you can add additional rental items and adjust the final count on ceremony chairs. A $25 change fee will be charged after the final payment has been completed if reducing the final number of items.

Is CO Wedding Rentals insured?YES! We carry insurance on all our rental items.

Does my event require a permit?A few of the wedding locations in Summit County require a permit to gather on the space, but most of the popular venues do not require a permit. If you are not sure, reach out and we can answer your questions.

What is your cancellation policy?Once a reservation is placed it is expected for client to fulfill the contract. All contracts cancelled prior to 90 days of event date will loose $25 cancellation fee. All Contracts cancelled within 90 days of the event will loose the initial 50% of the booking. If a contract is cancelled within 7 days prior to event, no credit or refund will be issued.

Terms of ServiceTerms of Service Acceptance of Terms. By placing an order with Majestic Mountain Events, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Pricing. All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment Terms. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold your order. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date. Refund Policy. No refunds will be given after the final payment has been processed. Cancellation Policy. If you cancel your order more than 14 days before your event date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel your order within 14 days of your event date, your deposit will be forfeited. Damages. You are responsible for any damages to the rented items. If any items are damaged or lost, you will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. Liability. Majestic Mountain Events is not liable for any loss or damage to your property or to any persons attending your event. Governing Law. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado
