Frequently asked questions
We’re thrilled to deliver your event essentials across Summit County, Park County, and Eagle County in Colorado! This includes beautiful spots like Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Vail, Beaver Creek, Loveland, Alma, and Fairplay. Please note, a delivery fee applies to all locations.
Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms. By placing an order with Majestic Mountain Events, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Pricing. All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold your order. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date.
Refund Policy. No refunds will be given after the final payment has been processed.
Cancellation Policy. If you cancel your order more than 14 days before your event date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel your order within 14 days of your event date, your deposit will be forfeited.
Damages. You are responsible for any damages to the rented items. If any items are damaged or lost, you will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
Liability. Majestic Mountain Events is not liable for any loss or damage to your property or to any persons attending your event.
Governing Law. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado
