We’re thrilled to deliver your event essentials across Summit County, Park County, and Eagle County in Colorado! This includes beautiful spots like Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Vail, Beaver Creek, Loveland, Alma, and Fairplay. Please note, a delivery fee applies to all locations.

Your rental items will arrive right on the date and time you choose, perfectly synced with your wedding venue’s schedule. Just double-check the delivery time with your venue to keep everything running like clockwork!

If we’re not setting up the event, a wedding coordinator or a designated point person will need to be there to accept the delivery.

Our crew will deliver your rental items right on schedule, just as outlined in your contract. While setup isn’t included for every item, we’re happy to set up the dance floor and can assist with ceremony chairs and chair covers for an additional fee.

Tips are always appreciated, but never expected.

We’re a small, family-run business with limited inventory, so the sooner you book, the better! Once your deposit is in, your delivery date is locked in—stress-free and ready to go!

The final payment for rentals is due14 days prior to your event. At this time you can add additional rental items and adjust the final count on ceremony chairs. A $25 change fee will be charged after the final payment has been completed if reducing the final number of items.

YES! We carry insurance on all our rental items.

A few of the wedding locations in Summit County require a permit to gather on the space, but most of the popular venues do not require a permit. If you are not sure, reach out and we can answer your questions.

Life happens! If you need to cancel, here's what to expect: Cancel more than 90 days before your event, and there's just a $25 fee. Cancel within 90 days, and 50% of the booking fee is non-refundable. Unfortunately, cancellations within 7 days of the event won't be eligible for a refund.

Terms of Service

• Acceptance of Terms. By placing an order with Majestic Mountain Events, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Pricing. All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment Terms. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold your order. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date.

• Refund Policy. No refunds will be given after the final payment has been processed.

• Cancellation Policy. If you cancel your order more than 14 days before your event date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel your order within 14 days of your event date, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Damages. You are responsible for any damages to the rented items. If any items are damaged or lost, you will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

• Liability. Majestic Mountain Events is not liable for any loss or damage to your property or to any persons attending your event.

• Governing Law. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado
