Teambuilding

We work with local companies to provide the best adventures for your group.  We PLAN events so you give us your ideas and direction and we will connect you to the crazy and wild ideas that make an impact.

Problem-solving and strategy​

  • Scavenger Hunts: Employees work in teams to find a list of items, which can be customized to be indoors or outdoors, and promotes collaboration.

  • The Marshmallow Challenge: Teams use a limited set of materials (spaghetti, tape, string, and a marshmallow) to build the tallest freestanding structure.

  • Blind Drawing: One person describes an object to a partner who must draw it without seeing the original, highlighting the importance of clear communication. 

Communication and trust

  • Human Knot: A group stands in a circle, reaches across to grab the hands of two different people, and must then untangle themselves into a single circle without letting go.

  • Minefield: A blindfolded person must navigate a "minefield" of obstacles, guided only by the verbal instructions of their teammates.

  • Two Truths and a Lie: Each person shares three "facts" about themselves—two true, one false—and the rest of the group has to guess the lie. 

Competitive and collaborative

  • Office Olympics: A series of silly, low-stakes competitive games that can be tailored to the office environment.

  • Trivia: Teams compete to answer questions on a variety of topics. Virtual trivia using platforms like Kahoot is also an option.

  • Charades or Pictionary: Classic games that encourage creativity and teamwork in a fun, low-pressure setting.

Majestic Mountain Events can work with your group to engage for an hour as an icebreaker, 2 hours for group bonding or a half day adventure that has teams working together to create memories and ideas to add to the corporate culture.

Our Icebreaker is a fast paced fun group event that gets groups together and has them stratgizing to create, learn and grow.

Mix and Mingle

You have never truly experienced a food display and drinks like our mix and mingle event.  We bring in tasters of many different flavors paired with alcohol mixers.  Every bite tells a story and makes the mouth water for the next bite.  

Mix & Mingle is a vibrant corporate team-building happy hour that blends interactive craft-cocktail mixology with bold, authentic flavors inspired by the street food culture of Mexico. Designed to energize teams, spark conversation, and create shared memories, this experience brings colleagues together in a fun, social, and delicious way.
Guests are greeted with a signature welcome cocktail featuring fresh citrus, herbs, and agave spirits — an immediate conversation starter.

Guided Mixology Stations
Teams rotate between cocktail-making stations hosted by trained mixologists. Each stop highlights a different region of Mexico with ingredients like:

  • Tamarind, hibiscus, and chili-lime

  • Smoked salt and roasted pineapple

  • Cilantro, mint, and fresh mango purée

Groups must collaborate to measure, shake, garnish, and name their creation — scoring creativity points along the way.

Street Food Pairing Bites
Small-plate stations mirror the cocktail flavors, featuring:

  • Mini elotes with cotija, Tajín, and lime

  • Slow-braised carnitas tostadas

  • Crispy shrimp tacos with avocado crema

  • Spiced churros with dulce de leche drizzle

Perfectly portioned for networking while grazing.
